Channing Lee
Versatile Artist, Educator, Innovator, and Art Therapy Expert
Channing Lee is a versatile ceramic artist, educator and social innovator based in Hong Kong. Through her creative work and community initiatives, she uses art to promote social change.
Channing's intricate sculptures and tableware explore themes of diversity, justice, spirituality and cultural identity. Hotels, Michelin restaurants around Asia and the UK have commissioned and exhibited her work.
In 2016, Channing founded "Message In A Dish", a social enterprise that empowers marginalized women through art and food projects.
Channing's boundary-pushing initiatives have earned distinguished awards, including the Women's Commission Certificate of Commendation for Promoting Women's Economic Empowerment in Hong Kong. She was also nominated for the international "Wiki Peace Woman" award for her work empowering vulnerable communities.
Through talks and workshops, Channing shares her passion for using creativity to enact social good. She has taught classes on topics like food culture, aesthetics and justice at universities and institutions in Hong Kong.

Channing曾獲香港特別行政區婦女委員會和勞工及福利局頒發「促進婦女經濟賦權獎勵計劃」的榮譽證書，並被提名為「維基和平女性」。
